See exactly what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews tell patients about your practice. Recorded personally by me, and sent to you as soon as it is done.
Five questions. The website tells me the rest.
When a patient asked a friend for a recommendation, you could at least earn the referral through good work. When they searched Google, you could see your ranking and do something about it.
Now a growing share of that research happens inside an AI assistant, and it returns two or three specific names. If your practice is one of them, you win the patient before they compare a single website. If it is not, you were never in the running, and nothing in your analytics will ever tell you it happened.
That is the conversation this audit shows you. Not an automated tool export, but me sitting down and asking the questions your patients are asking.
One recorded screen walkthrough, covering four things.
I run the questions a prospective patient in your area would actually type, and show you the answers they get back.
Some practices are named. Some are invisible. Some are described inaccurately. You will see which one you are.
If a competitor is named ahead of you, you will see who, and the reason the system is choosing them.
Most of what drives these answers sits in things you control. I point out what is causing the result, in plain language.
I would rather tell you now than waste your time later.
It is not an automated report from a tool with your logo pasted on it. It is not a sales document dressed up as research. It contains no invented benchmarks and no statistics I cannot show you the source of.
It is also not a written report. The fixes are presented inside the recording itself, in priority order, which is what lets me do it properly and often.

I am a practicing clinician who also owns and runs healthcare businesses. I have sat on the ownership side: the schedule gaps, the no-shows, and the month where the numbers do not work.
That is the perspective I bring to this. IZ Digital is intentionally small, so every audit is recorded by me rather than handed to an account team.
It also means I can only take three a week. If this week is full, you go on the waiting list and I will tell you when yours is coming.

Start by seeing where you stand today.
